Strategic Marketing Manager for Knee and Robotics Solutions

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to lead our Knee and Robotics franchise in Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and market share through strategic planning, execution, and innovation.
About the RoleIn this role, you will serve as the product portfolio strategic leader, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to deliver top-line revenue, profitability, and bottom-line budget targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, leveraging insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
You will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, crafting business plans, and developing launch plans and marketing initiatives to ensure sales force preparedness. Additionally, you will support local sales teams in meeting targets for assigned product portfolios, fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable insights. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales, marketing, and product management/or development in a healthcare or medical device environment is required. Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset, and knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system is essential.
