Sr. Marketing Manager Knees at Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that empowers individuals to live life without limits.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Leader for our Knee and Robotics Solutions franchise in Mississauga, Canada. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion in the Canadian market.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Mississauga office with 30% travel, mostly within Canada. You will serve as the product portfolio strategic leader, responsible for delivering top-line revenue, profitability, and bottom-line budget targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, solution selling methodology, and wound and/or medical devices with proven results, strategy development, and execution experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage product portfolios, including knee arthroplasty and robotics solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, launch plans, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market intelligence, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and host customer events for valuable feedback.
  • Forecast sales, manage budgets, and oversee national and regional conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales, marketing, and product management/or development in a healthcare or medical device environment.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
