Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, following recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and sanitary at all times.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
