About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mobile Squad. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, resolving issues with computer systems, and implementing solutions to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to ensure they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to identify and resolve systemic issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions to improve our services.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical software.
