Job Summary

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for UPL AgroSolutions Canada Inc. by managing and developing key accounts. Your expertise in strategic planning, relationship building, and sales execution will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and delivering profitable growth for both the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for key accounts, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels and functions within the customer organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, regional sales, product management, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
  • Forecast and manage account sales, ensuring alignment with company targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Ag Science or Business, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the agricultural or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering profitable growth and achieving business objectives.
