Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for key accounts, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels and functions within the customer organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, regional sales, product management, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
- Forecast and manage account sales, ensuring alignment with company targets and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Ag Science or Business.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the agricultural or related industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective account plans.
- Results-oriented with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Recognize and adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
