We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ADI Process inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, overseeing the analysis of employee data and information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
