About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Macaranas Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with our safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and effective communication.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
