Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Macaranas Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinating with other departments to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our standards.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect our sites and facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations, ensuring we are operating within our means.
- Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities, to ensure our cleaning operations are integrated with their activities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
