Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Macaranas Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Work Scheduling: Coordinate work schedules with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to help them perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
