About the Role

Nike is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team in Halton Hills. As a Store Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping to drive sales and growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform various tasks as required, including cash handling, visual merchandising, and stockroom duties.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age.
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
