Job Summary:
As a key business partner and operations leader at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing the store's daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and driving all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store and ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
• Develop and lead a team of retail professionals to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to control expenses, optimize inventory management, and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior retail and management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ability to work in an fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
