This exciting opportunity combines network architecture work and delivery, making it an ideal fit for those looking to expand their capabilities and make a meaningful impact. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with clients and sales teams to determine the most appropriate technology solutions for customer needs.

The position requires design and delivery of networking solutions, technical services including strategy and advisory, infrastructure design and planning, technical investigation, installation, configuration, migrations, and upgrades in complex multi-vendor environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as technical lead with customers for all network infrastructure architecture (switching, wireless, firewall).
  • Collaborate closely with strategic network vendors (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet) to discuss and present network and security options accurately to customers.
  • Provide formal training on these vendors and attend relevant seminars and events.
  • Participate in 2 weeks of training annually on the latest product sets and solutions from our strategic vendor partners.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant top vendor products.
  • Take ownership of complex IT problems and navigate challenging environments with critical remediation timing.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or a combination of education and practical experience considered.
  • Over 10 years of progressive technical experience in implementing and supporting relevant vendor products and solutions.
  • Technical certifications from Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, etc.
  • An extensive background in delivering Network, Security, and Wireless solutions to various clients.
  • A strong ability to take ownership of complex IT problems.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, reflecting the demands and complexities of this role.
