About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at GREATS, a pioneer in direct-to-consumer footwear. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling creative assets that align with our brand's visual identity and product value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Digital teams to develop and implement creative strategies that drive results
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, animations, and interactive features, for various channels
  • Work closely with our product team to leverage product photographs and create compelling infographics and concepts that enhance product value perception
  • Propose new animation ideas and interactive features to enhance product communication in digital channels
  • Execute basic graphic design tasks and minor retouches as needed
  • Contribute to sourcing collaborators for special projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design
  • College degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field
  • Expertise with Figma and the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of page layout, typography, and interaction design
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Agency or start-up experience preferred, e-commerce or fashion experience an asset
