About the Role
  • Collaborate with our marketing and eCommerce teams to create and execute compelling graphic projects across web design, digital ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement creative assets that align with the GREATS visual identity and product value proposition.
  • Work independently to create, execute, and finalize various assets across all channels.
  • Ensure designs are impactful and adapted to fit specific channel specs, needs, and objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of results-driving digital ads (Meta, Google, YouTube).
  • Leverage product photographs to create compelling infographics and concepts to enhance product value perception.
  • Propose new animation ideas, interactive features, and behaviors to enhance product communication in digital channels (organic and paid social).
  • Execute basic graphic design tasks or minor retouches as needed.
  • Contribute to sourcing collaborators for special projects.

About the Technical Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • College degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field.
  • Expertise with Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Experience with animated content, typography, or moving image.
  • Excellent understanding of page layout, typography, and interaction design.
  • Strong interest in fashion, design, aesthetics, and culture.
  • Experience taking designs from idea to execution to final export.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital content best practices and common challenges.
  • Mastery of graphic production standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a quick turnaround.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Agency or start-up experience preferred, e-commerce or fashion experience an asset.
