Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client reviews, and coordinating marketing activities.
- Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, and transactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to BMO's policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of investment processes and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative processes and proprietary products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
