- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring optimal product placement and pricing strategies.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
