About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Records Coordinator to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and calculate fixed assets and depreciation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely financial information to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents
  • • Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets as required
  • • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • • Provide financial information and analysis to management, as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
  • • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
