Financial Records Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at Holy Smoke.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, preferably with manual and computerized systems.
- Prepare cheques for payroll and maintain accurate financial records.
- Calculate and balance various accounts using bookkeeping systems.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and reconciling accounts as needed.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent education.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field such as business administration or accounting.
- This role is based in an office environment.
- The successful candidate must be proficient in English and willing to work in a dynamic team.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $42,000 - $50,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth within the company.
