Business Development Representatives

As a Business Development Representative at Dean Group, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth in the dynamic AI, Software Development, and Drone technology industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and data analytics, as well as experience with SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising strategies.
A proven track record in lead generation, sales, or marketing is essential, along with strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed lead targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies
