Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse II to join our team, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients/residents/clients in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. As a Nurse II, you will recognize and fulfill your professional responsibilities by practicing in a manner consistent with professional obligations to take actions as per the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses and Registered Psychiatric Nurses.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to practice in accordance with the following:

  • The Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) or the Registered Psychiatric Nurse Act of Manitoba
  • The Standards of Practice (CRNM or CRPNM)
  • Entry-level competencies for RNs or RPNs
  • Professional Code of Ethics

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have active practicing licensure with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba or be eligible for active practicing licensure with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM). A strong understanding of computer software programs and effective problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, you must be able to maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive compensation package.
