Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $94,600, based on industry standards and market conditions.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our Technology team. In this role, you'll investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services, informing business decisions through data analysis and process improvement.

You'll define business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to drive project success. Your expertise will be applied across various project teams, ensuring development aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting requirements and analyzing feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve expected business outcomes.
  • Supporting project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with business requirements.
  • Developing informative project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders, covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A foundational level of proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development, Data Analysis, Learning Agility, and Experience with Livelink document management application.
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Process Improvement and Optimization, Organization Process Optimization, Business Architecture Frameworks, Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Digital Fluency, Systems Thinking, Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Collaboration & Team Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
  • An advanced level of proficiency in Business Requirements Definition and Analysis, Insights Development and Reporting, Application Functional Design, Functional Analysis, and at least 6-10 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
