Job Title: Yorkville Luxury Condo Concierge Security Guard

Condor Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yorkville Luxury Condo Concierge Security Guard to join our team. As a Concierge Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk concierge services, including greeting and assisting residents and their guests
  • Manage amenity reservations and bookings
  • Handle parcel and package services
  • Register visitors and manage parking control
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fire alarms, water leaks, and medical emergencies
  • Deal with trespassers and other security matters
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven customer service experience of 2 or more years
  • Enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible and capable team
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys interaction with people at a professional level
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage
