Job Title: Yorkville Luxury Condo Concierge Security Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yorkville Luxury Condo Concierge Security Officer to join our team at Condor Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests, and maintaining the high standards of our luxury condominium community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide "hotel-style" front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld
  • Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an asset
