About the Role

Carmacks Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Paving Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of paving materials and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Work closely with other project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Recommend personnel actions and supervise workers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in dusty conditions
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Travel expenses paid by employer
