Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our projects and programs in Peru.
  • Collaborate with our Country Representative, Program Managers, and Country Team to create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and other channels.
  • Design and produce visual materials, such as infographics, videos, and photos, to support our communications efforts.
  • Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other content to showcase our work and impact.
  • Provide training and capacity-building support to staff and volunteers on social media and communications best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • Strong command of Spanish (written and oral).
