Customer Development Representative Role

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a results-driven professional for a Customer Development Representative position to drive sales growth in a targeted market territory. Responsibilities of the Customer Development Representative:

  • Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and offer additional services and products.
  • Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Conduct presentations with potential clients as needed.
  • Each Customer Development Representative is responsible for achieving 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
  • Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred.
