About the Role

The Micro Space Planner is a key member of our team, responsible for designing, analyzing, and executing the planogram process. This role will work closely with the Category Management team, Supply Chain, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of planograms in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Category Planogram Schedules to ensure timely delivery of accurate planograms in stores.
  • Lead planogram pre-planning and kick-off meetings to discuss timelines, guidelines, and potential obstacles.
  • Create official planogram kick-off letters to vendors, outlining key timelines and expectations.
  • Analyze planogram data, set up planograms in the layout center, and complete drawing processes, including cutbacks.
  • Ensure compliance with planogram standards and review sets with LP, Supply Chain, Private Brands, and Signing teams.
  • Support the Category Management team in developing Planogram Walk-Through Documents.
  • Perform Quality Control audits on planogram drawings to ensure adherence to corporate standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of College Diploma
  • JDA Category Management Certification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working within JDA Category Management Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead multiple internal and external partners to coordinate and execute activities
  • Problem-solving and process management skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Creative and enthusiastic
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
