Enterprise Risk Management Audit, Vice President

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management Audit team. As a Vice President, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in executing audit plans, ensuring effective risk oversight, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, focusing on Financial risks, including Market, Credit, and Liquidity.
  • Lead audit teams in reviewing and approving audit work products, ensuring timely escalation of issues and conclusions.
  • Communicate audit findings, memos, and reports to senior and executive management, ensuring effective coverage and alignment with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive management and governance committees, to promote balanced discussions and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Manage, coach, and develop staff, including talent management, staff evaluation, and new hire processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Market/Credit/Liquidity risks, first or second line, or Public Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification (CFA, FRM, CPA) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial risks, strategic thinking, and effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
