GUESS Factory is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in Saint-Sauveur, QC. This role involves sales generation and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating sales and meeting or exceeding Sales per Hour (SPH) targets
  • Delivering a positive customer experience through excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Performing various operational duties as assigned by the store management team, including housekeeping and visual presentation standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Providing product information and assisting customers with purchases
  • Working efficiently at the cash wrap and offering additional services such as Gift Cards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting
Benefits

This temporary position offers a competitive salary of $15-$18 CAD per hour, depending on location and experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your retail skills and gain valuable work experience.
