_**Job Description **_ - Outside Sales Associate

Here at Bella Terra Stone we specialize in natural and engineered stone countertops for kitchens, bathrooms and other custom projects. The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling commercial accounts and all outside sales enquiries.

Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- **Qualifications for Outside Sales Associate**_
- Experience in sales is required
- Great communication and interpersonal skills including in-person, over the phone and electronic communications
- Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction. Managing customer concerns effectively
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
- Must have proficient math skills to handle cash and credit card payments
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and some cloud based software
- Work well with others and be able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to manage schedules and inventory
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions or recommendations to customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel on a regular basis (compensation for travel to be discussed)
- Be available to attend trade shows
