Sales Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our retail business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments and returns, and establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and maintain inventory
  • Conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
