Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to food safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
