We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
