Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Counter Service Associate to join our Wok Box team. As a Counter Service Associate, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
