Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
