- Production Management: Verify daily production requirements, monitor job progress, and provide regular progress reports to other team leaders and supervisors.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with other departments to replenish stock as needed.
- Communication: Facilitate effective and productive communication within the team and with other departments.
- Quality Control: Ensure high levels of quality and workmanship in all products.
- Time Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders and employee timesheets.
- Safety and Environment: Promote a clean and safe working environment and perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in an apparel factory environment.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge base in all aspects of clothing construction.
