Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who are displaced by conflict or natural disasters, providing them with a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
We offer a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
