Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Site Development Manager to join our team in Sault Ste. Marie. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets high standards of quality and safety.
  4. Safety Management: Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction technology tools.
  • Familiarity with Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Trench Excavators Act.
