Job Title: Technical Support Representative

At Lone Wolf Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients via phone, email, and web-based tools.
  • Advise clients on product functionality, features, and other support-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and/or escalation.
  • Support clients via email, chat, and telephone on our proprietary software products.
  • Log details of all support sessions and client challenges in our ticketing system.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or a similar ticketing system preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
