Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at LOAD KING TRANSPORT INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of our logistics operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
