Job SummaryAs a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, using manual and computerized systems.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, providing insights into our company's financial health.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including statistical analysis to inform business decisions.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Relevant experience as a bookkeeper or in a related field is essential.
- Language: Fluency in English is necessary, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
