About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. As an Injection Moulder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment

You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues with the moulding equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.

Quality Control

You will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality of the material produced, ensuring it meets our high standards.

Production Setup and Operation

You will be responsible for setting up and operating one or more moulding machines to produce plastic products, following established procedures and guidelines.

Inventory Management

You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
