Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead a team of senior staff to establish and manage major departments and associated operations
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization's success
- Manage events, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and support to team members
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
