Senior Operations Director

At Southern Cross Industries Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Director to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oilfield construction industry and excellent leadership skills.
The Senior Operations Director will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. They will also establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions. They will also be responsible for managing events and conducting performance reviews.
The Senior Operations Director will have a team of over 20 people to manage and will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to work 30 hours per week and will be fluent in English.
