As a Sales Advisor at Aspira Island Park Retirement Living, you will play a critical role in shaping the resident experience and contributing to the success of our community. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective community marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events to engage residents and promote our community.
  • Manage sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver sales training and coaching to our Retirement Residence Team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to teach others.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Professional image and ability to represent our community at all times.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.
  • Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia).
