Sales Advisor Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Aspira Island Park Retirement Living. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in impacting the lives of our residents and creating a warm and welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community marketing plan to drive sales and growth.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events to engage with potential residents and their families.
  • Manage all sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with the community, including local businesses and organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver sales training and coaching to our Retirement Residence Team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to teach others.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Professional image and ability to represent our residence at all times.
  • Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.
  • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario applicants) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia applicants).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
