Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? As a Sales Advisor at Aspira Island Park Retirement Living, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our residents and fostering a sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective community marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events to engage with potential residents and their families.
- Manage lead generation, documentation, and follow-up to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including referral partners and local businesses.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Deliver sales training and coaching to the Retirement Residence Team to ensure consistent excellence in customer service.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to teach others.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional image and ability to represent the residence at all times.
- Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia).

- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
