Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Motel. The successful candidate will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and direct staff to ensure they are meeting their job requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on various aspects of hotel operations.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $30,000 and $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
