Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Telecommunications. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing and Controlling Daily Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, evaluating performance, and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing Staff and Assigning Duties: Supervise and train a team of 11-15 people, assigning tasks and responsibilities to maximize productivity and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing strategic planning to drive business growth.
  • Issue Resolution and Performance Reviews: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues, while conducting regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications or a related field;
  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in Accounting software, Word processing software, Database software, Project management software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and MS Outlook.
